Biography
Kathy was born and raised in Taiwan and moved to the United States in her teenage years to pursue a higher education. She graduated from the University of Washington with a Masters in Accounting and earned her CPA designation as a tax consultant at Deloitte. In early 2010, she returned to Asia to be closer to her family and transitioned into the Private Banking sector, focusing on Family Estate Planning with UBS and JPMorgan Private Bank.
Her solid foundation in client service and a passion about everything related to real estate enables her to provide the highest professional standard. She understands her clients’ needs and strives to make the home leasing/buying experience a pleasant and worry-free process. A Certificate in Residential Interior Design from the Insight Design School allows her to enhance her client support.
A mother of 2 young boys, Kathy is also knowledgeable about Hong Kong's international schools and is actively involved with various school communities. When at leisure, she loves cooking, tennis, and Pilates.
