THE PAVILIA HILL is located at Tin Hau Temple Road on Hong Kong Island. It has the greenery of Braemar Hill behind it and the Tin Hau MTR station conveniently a few minutes’ walk away. The residential floors in towers 1,2 & 6 run from 3/F to 33/F and have 2 units per floor, with the top floors being penthouse duplexes with private rooftops. The saleable area is 1,035 sq.ft. to 3,837 sq.ft. The residential floors in towers 3 & 5 run from 5/F to 35/F. There are generally 4 units per floor, apart from 5/F and the top floors, which have 1 unit with a private rooftop. The saleable area for the standard flats is 595 sq.ft. to 915 sq.ft. and for the top floors 1,186 sq.ft. to 1,440 sq.ft. The residents’ clubhouse "VILLA ON THE HILL" located on 2/F to 3/F has 19,720 sq.ft. of facilities that include an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, function room and children’s playroom. There is also a garden area of another 15,858 sq.ft. Finally, a 139-space car park is located on G/F, M/F & 1/F.
