For professionals, this is Hong Kong’s most popular neighborhood, located on the north side of the island and about halfway up the hill from Victoria Harbour. Mid-Levels boasts an impressive range of first-class amenities including restaurants, shopping outlets, international schools, hospitals, etc. Besides good public transportation, the area also boasts the landmark, half-mile long Mid-Levels Escalator, which carries residents up the mountain in the evening – and down in the morning. The district is traditionally divided into 3 main areas: West, Central and East, all of which are within close proximity of Central and Admiralty. Properties within these sub-sections vary greatly in terms of size and price.
This is my first time I moved out and live on my own. Adeline has made the experience extremely smooth and worry-free. I can see her professionalism and perseverance in searching for the right apartment with the best value for me, while balancing the benefits for both the landlord and the tenant unbiasedly. She also demonstrated how she works wholeheartedly for her career, you can tell she loves her job and she loves her clients - showing lots of care to me and guide me through the whole process. Her language proficiency is surprisingly good too, you can definitely distinguish Adeline from the rest of the peer in the industry. I’m jealous of her children who have got such a competent mom! Best of wishes to Adeline in her endeavour.

Jody is extremely helpful and it’s an amazing journey with her. She understands what we need and willing to explore more options for us. She is attentive, flexible, very hard working and professional. With Jody, my husband and I are able to find our dream apartment with a great deal. Jody will go for an extra mile for the after-sales service, she is more than an agent to us. I will only recommend her in the future. I have a wonderful experience with OKAY.COM too.

I came to Hong Kong with the expectation that finding the right apartment would be a tough slog. This had been the case in other big cities I've lived in. I was massively lucky to be introduced to Dorothy at the outset. She was incredibly organised, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive to my preferences. Dorothy even remained incredibly upbeat and helpful after having to start our search all over again due to my shift in dates. Her insight and guidance made it easier to get a better perspective on what I was looking at. Unlike many agents, Dorothy was fully engaged and made sure my focus was not just on getting a good price or enough space, but practical things like being able to fit the requisite furniture and appliances, and making sure the security and location were good. I have and will in the future advise anybody I know looking for a place in HK to contact Dorothy.
