For professionals, this is Hong Kong’s most popular and deluxe neighbourhood. Located on the north side of the island and about halfway up the hill from Victoria Harbour, Mid-Levels boasts an impressive range of first-class amenities, including restaurants, shopping outlets, international schools, hospitals, etc. Besides a superb public transportation network, the high-end area also boasts the town’s signature landmark, the half-mile long Mid-Levels Escalator, which carries residents up the mountain in the evening – and down in the morning. The Mid-Levels district is traditionally divided into 3 main areas: West, Central and East, all of which are within close proximity of Central and Admiralty. Properties within these sub-sections vary greatly in terms of size and price for rental and sale purposes.
She made the whole move very easy and stress free. Especially dealing with the Landlord, negotiating some extras for me and the transfer of utilities.

Mr. Stephen Mark PUMFORD
I am writing to praise and express my appreciation with the work of Dorothy on one of our residential properties on Hong Kong Island. We are a property investment company and we have been working with numerous agents. Dorothy impressed me a lot with her professionalism, efficiency and kind personality. The handover report is done perfectly with all the nicely taken pictures and captured all the necessary information in full details. Her after service follow up really impressed me the most. She helps on whatever she is able to, she replies immediately, I can’t think of any other agents who will do the same as her, thanks Dorothy!

Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She was extremely responsive and helpfully throughout the entire relocation process – helping us to shortlist properties according to our requirements before the relocation and showing us through many suitable options during our visit. She also helped us understand the locations of the various properties and the pros and cons of each – considerations that we would not have thought of being new to Hong Kong.
We were so impressed with Kim’s service that we have already recommended her to another colleague who is relocating to Hong Kong.
