She quickly understood our unique requirements, displayed good knowledge of the local market, was able to advise on neighbourhoods and narrow our search down to the properties that closely matched our criteria. We found that Sonam was not only responsive to our inquiries but proactive in her search and negotiations, and always very pleasant to deal with. Even though our requirements were somewhat challenging, Sonam displayed great patience and understanding and never tried to rush us into other properties that had compromises, unlike many other agents in Hong Kong. Andrea was very professional and took time to listen to what I liked about the flats she had shown me. Then using my preferences, showed me apartments that were more interesting to me.
