Crestmont is part of Peninsula Village and was developed in 1989. The development is situated atop the southern peninsula and offers spectacular views over the sea, Peng Chau Island and the harbour. The development consists of a series of low-rise buildings and one of the largest children’s play areas in DB. Crestmont also features a large koi pond and waterfall, providing a lovely place to relax and watch the fish swim by. This village is accessible by bus route #7.
Fiona is extremely excellent and very responsible. She took care of everything for Agreement including the utilities to the end. She is good at both English and Cantonese so that she could help us solve the issue even during the moving, i.e. we lost the stuff during the moving. We couldn't find it without her help.
She is not only very reliable and responsible for her work, but she also has a excellent negotiation skill which makes both landlord and tenant satisfied. We could save time without unnecessary negotiation thanks to you. Beyond that, she did her best to understand our requests and followed up so we could find out the new space earlier than we expected.
While others support the basic work for clients like Agreement and utilities, she assisted us to settle down on new home softly and quickly. We really appreciate her help.

Mr. Lee Jiheon
Shirley puts her clients’ interests in front of her own. This is also what distinguishes her from other agents. All of her recommended flats fall exactly within our parameters (unlike other agents who always point us to those with higher commissions). After more than six months of searching, including rounds and rounds of negotiations, Shirley helped us to purchase a perfect home for my family. She is keen, capable, diligent, humours and informative. Shirley will always be on the top of our list in our next search for properties, and high recommend her to all my friends who has plan for purchase:)

As landlords, we are often at the mercy of agents who typically do a stronger job of representing tenant’s interests over ours. However, not once during my interactions with Don did I feel this way. I always felt that my concerns and requests were of proportionate importance and his goal was truly to reach an equitable agreement between my future tenants and me rather than a quick and easy transaction for himself.
Don is a very personable, conscientious and reliable. Don's response time via email, phone or text is virtually immediate and I never felt left in the lurch with regards to my questions or guidance on next steps. I look forward to working with Don again and he will certainly be the first person I'll contact when my property becomes available again in the future.
