Until Max Lever sorted it all out for us. Within 15 minutes of meeting her it was not only clear that she knew what she was doing, but that she was also genuinely tuned in to our needs. Even though we had only given Max 24 hour notice before our first day out on the hunt, she had done her homework. She had made appointments with a variety of great properties to show us, all fitting our brief. She helped us to understand the pros and cons of each area, and was honest in her opinions of each property. She was on top of everything and was prompt and patient with our seemingly endless questions. Because of Max, we found a fantastic apartment with a favorable rental which feels like home. I can't recommend Max enough. An amazing realtor and quality person who is an absolute pleasure to be around.
