My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. Flo has renewed my faith in property agents! Not only did she pay extra attention to my brief and what I wanted, she also gave me good advice. Everything was organised to a tee and she was flexible on schedules—which is so important when you work a tough day job with long hours. Flo also knew the particulars of each flat. She was also instrumental in helping me secure my flat when I knew I wanted it, advising me on how best to handle the negotiation, and helping alleviate all the stresses of moving once we did secure it. She was always two steps ahead of me in knowing what I needed and I can’t thank her enough. For the peace of mind through the process and the new home I’m happily getting settled into, she earned every penny of her fee, and I will 100% be looking to work with her again!
