Grace Tam 譚美英

A dedicated real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate relocation and housing, Grace is known for her knowledge of the market, depth of expertise and outstanding client service. Originally born in Hong Kong, she moved to the UK in 1993 and returned in 2011. During her time in London, Grace was a highly successful international relocation specialist and worked with corporate executives from around the world including Asia Pacific, Europe, South America and the US. Grace is best known for her conscientious and attentive approach, in addition to her ability to listen and be sensitive to her clients’ needs.

Driven by a desire to be closer to family, Grace returned to Hong Kong in 2011 and has furthered her career in corporate relocation and residential brokerage. Her extensive knowledge of Hong Kong and her zeal for sharing insider tips on the city make her an invaluable advisor and resource to her clients. In her free time, Grace finds various outlets to channel her competitive spirit. She represents the Ladies Recreation Club (LRC) in their Division I Ladies Doubles team and is also a member of the LRC Bridge Team. Grace is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
