I met with Dorothy twice to look for a flat in Hong Kong. I found her to be very organized and helpful. Both times I was given a list of the properties that were to be viewed outlining the property features. I found this quite useful as it's easy to forget what each property offered after viewing so many! After finding a flat I liked (even though above my budget) Dorothy told me she would help to get me the flat within my price budget as she knew how much I liked it. Dorothy spoke to the Landlord and after 2 days the flat was mine! She helped with many questions throughout the contract signing process and helped setup all the utilities. Dorothy was a great agent to work with and I highly recommend her to help with your flat search in Hong Kong.
