Originally conceptualized as a full-scale leisure resort in the mid 1970s, this pretty, secluded area on Lantau Island, near Hong Kong Disneyland, was transformed in the early 1980s into a private, self-contained residential development, known simply as “DB”. Spanning 6.5 square kilometers between Tai Pak Bay and Yi Pak Bay, it has developed into a low-density, child and pet friendly community that is predominantly favored by expats. Recreational facilities and nature trails abound, and a 24-hour ferry provides smooth sailing between DB and Central. Though private cars are not permitted, mini-buses operate within the enclave and larger buses run between DB and Tung Chung. DB’s well-designed infrastructure enables easy access to Central (by ferry, 25-30 mins), the airport (by bus, 30 mins) and Tung Chung (by bus, 25 mins) for onward access to the MTR.
All our exchanges and all our visits with Ludivine went wonderfully well. Our timing was rather tight, and Ludivine immediately understood our needs, our desires and our constraints. Her advice for settling in Hong Kong are precious, and we tremendously appreciated all of them.

Max was just brilliant. She was one of the best agents I have worked with. She understood the clients needs/ brief and even took time to preview houses before showing to me. I would highly Recommend her to people looking. We are moving away from hk.

Stephanie van Eybergen
Stephanie from OKAY.com was a pleasure to work with. She promptly understood our requirements and ensured that we found a suitable home in no time at all.
What made the service provided by Stephanie so special was not only finding our home, but what she did for us after. She went out of her way to assist, opening the home whenever I needed for measurements, or curtain suppliers—nothing was ever too much. Stephanie even assisted in organising some furniture items for us, knowing that our personal effects would be in transit for an extended period.
I highly recommend the service provided by Stephanie from OKAY.com.
