Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?

...Andrea has been an absolute delight to work with. She is not only very friendly but most importantly understands the requirements of her clients very well. From the moment we discussed my move [to Hong Kong] I instantly felt reassured that the stressful process of finding a place to call home was going to be easier than I anticipated (I even cancelled the vast number of other agents I was planning on working with). No requests seemed too hard. This includes my request to view a total of 28 properties in one day to being happy to secure the handover on a Sunday. She is extremely responsive, personable and honest. The OKAY.com product is outstanding and with a strong technology focus you do stand out. However as with all service industries it is the people that make the experience hassle free. I will be happily recommending OKAY.com and specifically Andrea to anyone I know relocating to HK.
