We recently moved from the UK to Hong Kong and Nina was our estate agent. Nina was very professional and knowledgeable about Discovery Bay and understood what we wanted straight away, finding us several properties that met our requirements. My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point. We would be pleased to work with Louise again, if for some unfortunate reason we ever have to move again...
