Dorothy showed me exactly as per my brief and was extremely helpful during my search. Being totally new to the city and renting apartments I had looked at over 20 apartment before meeting Dorothy and liked none and with her I finalized just the 3rd flat I saw. She listened to all my needs and was aware of my budget. She was super responsive and extremely accommodating and went out of her way to make my move comfortable. She also has very good interpersonal skills. I can’t thank Dorothy enough and strongly recommend her.

Carment is very attentive, polite and thoughtful. His following up work is excellent and professional. It's only a pity that I couldn't use his service and it's only a timing issue. He certainly helped me a lot and thank you for his service!

Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok! In summary, we are now happily ensconced in a new flat and Flo made it all possible, right down to setting up our utilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better initial contact in Hong Kong.
