We can confidently recommend Sayaka as an excellent property agent, who was extremely polite, professional, sympathetic and very understanding. We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Sayaka even we had very limited time, she was always resourceful with updated market situation for our flat hunting(letting). Elma, has been respecting all our needs we had from the first visit. She helped us and still is helping for the apartment as the owner does not speak English and certain things are still not fixed. It was a pleasure working with Flo. She made the process of finding a new home really easy and we have already recommended her to a number of our friends. She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it! Flo offered a lot of good advice based on her knowledge of the city and her experience in the housing industry. Her service also did not stop once we signed the tenancy agreement - she helped us move our utility accounts and continues to provide helpful recommendations.
