Fiona is extremely excellent and very responsible. She took care of everything for Agreement including the utilities to the end. She is good at both English and Cantonese so that she could help us solve the issue even during the moving, i.e. we lost the stuff during the moving. We couldn't find it without her help. She is not only very reliable and responsible for her work, but she also has a excellent negotiation skill which makes both landlord and tenant satisfied. We could save time without unnecessary negotiation thanks to you. Beyond that, she did her best to understand our requests and followed up so we could find out the new space earlier than we expected. While others support the basic work for clients like Agreement and utilities, she assisted us to settle down on new home softly and quickly. We really appreciate her help.

Sonam was a huge resource for us when my husband and I moved back from Singapore earlier this year. She is a fantastic real estate agent who really looks out for her clients, and always brings a positive and pleasant disposition to all of her viewings. She has a really good grasp of the rental market trends, and a long and varied list of landlords that she has worked with in the past which gave us the ability to see the most number of places in the least amount of time before we boarded our flight back to HK! What really surprised us is the level of 'after-market' service that she brings, checking in with us even months later to make sure everything is going smoothly. Would highly recommend her services and cannot speak more highly of her skills in this market!
