Kim has been a massive help to our family -not only helping us to find a house and complete the necessary paperwork but also helping us to settle into life in HK. We can’t thank her enough for her expertise in helping to guide us through an unfamiliar rental process as well as providing contacts such as a curtain provider, a handy man and even a babysitter. Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me! Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up.
