They showed us the many different property options available across Hong Kong. We are especially grateful for the guidance and honest answers they gave us in response to our questions as we tried to best understand the benefits and detriments that we would experience in each location. Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!

Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback. We will definitely recommend Kim to any of our friends when they are looking to move - and not just for the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung area but for places in general.
