Ingrid has assisted me with the search and it has taken me about 3 weeks to find a place where I wanted to put an offer in. I have a very particular taste with real estate, given I grew up living in custom designed houses. Ingrid has been very patient with me and very professional as she has always come well prepared to show properties. She has showed me about a dozen properties but never tried to pressurise me and always put my best interest first which I truly appreciate. Jayde from OKAY.com was recommended to us and with her help we were able to obtain a suitable apartment to rent within the first few weeks of arriving in Hong Kong. After listening to our requirements, we were provided with a summary of our potential selections based on Jayde's recommendations and were taken to see each apartment at a time that suited us. The apartment we settled on was not even in our selection but Jayde knew its potential and encouraged us to view. As such we are now happily settling into our new home that is more spacious than we were expecting and in a neighbourhood that has all we need close by.
