Lying between Kowloon City and Sham Shui Po districts, and spreading towards Ho Man Tin and Yau Yat Chuen, Kowloon Tong is one of Kowloon’s most prestigious residential areas. Its tree-lined streets have been popular among both middle and upper classes since the hey-day of the colonial era, when many wealthy British families chose to live in the quiet neighborhood. Until recently, grand, single-family detached homes were the norm, with the most expensive houses – and homes of many celebrities and billionaires – located along Oxford Road, La Salle Road, York Road and Kadoorie Avenue. Larger residential complexes are now on the rise, but demand for standalone homes continues to grow, with numbers now comparable to that on The Peak. International schools are plentiful here, as are dance, music and martial-arts academies. Quality shopping and transportation are also readily available.

Working with Ruby is always productive and always a pleasure. She quickly understands needs and requirements after a short briefing and then goes into action! She has great market insight and intelligence, and stays in touch with regular updates. I have worked with Ruby on several house/apartment projects and can highly recommend her as a real estate expert in Hong Kong.

Nicole was super professional, organised, efficient, and communicative in exploring different options and arranging viewings. She’s also very friendly and not overly pushy like some agents can be. And she was quickly and intuitively able to understand what we were looking for and tailor her viewing options accordingly. Will definitely recommend her to others and contact her if looking for another rental in the future.
