My wife and I used Sonam as our real estate agent for a rental apartment in October 2022. She was referred to us by a friend who had previously used Sonam. Before, during and after the move, Sonam has remained involved in discussions with the landlord, getting renovations completed by him and helping us with utilities and other related matters. She has acted professionally throughout and we continue to be very satisfied with her performance.

Colin is responsive, pragmatic and took the time to show us like for like apartments. Colin is also consultative to navigate us through a complex tenancy renewal.

Working with Stephanie to find my last apartment before I repatriate to the US after 23 years here in Hong Kong was flawless. She showed me a variety of apartments, worked with the landlord to get me a great rental price, answered all my questions and above all was patient.
