Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).

Shirley helped me ultimately rent the dream apartment. I was very impressed by her tenacity and her grit to get things done.
