Situated at a prominent district, THE AUSTIN & GRAND AUSTIN is a luxury residential development above MTR Austin Station in western Kowloon. It is a short distance from Kowloon’s core commercial center, Yau Tsim Mong district, and near the West Kowloon station ( high-speed rail). Completed in 2014, the complex was jointly developed by Wheelock Properties, New World Development and MTR Corporation in conjunction with architects from Wong & Ouyang (HK) Ltd. The part of GRAND AUSTIN comprises 8 towers, each with at least 30 floors, and a total of 691 units with a saleable area of 540 sq.ft. to 2,759 sq.ft. Each unit has a balcony, some of which command a view of Victoria Harbour. Layout choices range from 2 to 6 bedrooms, including some units have a flat roof / a unit with flat roof and private pool / duplex with flat roof / penthouse with roof top / duplex with roof top. Residents’ clubhouse cover an area of approximately 70,000 sqft is located on G/F to 5/F, facilities include outdoor and indoor swimming pools, gymnasium, function room and children’s play area. The 323-space car park is located on B1/F to B2/F.
