She was brilliant from start to finish! Friendly but professional. After our first few communications, Melanie clearly understood what I was looking for and was fantastic in arranging a number of properties meeting my criteria. Within a week I had a flat organised. I could not have asked for more.

I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. Jane was always available to take my calls and to accompany me on inspections at my convenience. We looked at a number of flats and I was thankful for Jane's great advice and knowledge of the market. She did a stellar job in negotiating a great rent for me.
