She understood perfectly what we were searching for and then, when we found the perfect home, she was efficient, taking care of everything in a very professional way, always there for us when we had questions and made us feel that we were in very good hands. Ning was excellent being astute, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed the experience with her as our agent.
