I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal. She also arranged the movers for me. This was a huge bonus, as otherwise I would have had to wait longer to secure an appointment. She was very thorough in noting any defects in my new flat. Amelia also organised the transfer of utilities to my name which was another huge help in the run-up to moving day. I have been in my new place for a week now and am very happy here. I strongly recommend working with Amelia: she minimised the stress in the entire process and in addition to being an absolute professional, was very fun and easy to work with.

Carment is very helpful and super responsive. He will keep searching the best apartment for us based on our preferences. Excellent service!

Sonam was quick to offer thoughtful recommendations, including connecting me with reliable external vendors for renovations and other services, and she facilitated these introductions seamlessly. Her support went well beyond what I would typically expect from a real estate agent. Overall, Sonam’s service was outstanding and far exceeded any previous experiences I have had in the property market. I would not hesitate to work with her again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a highly capable, trustworthy, and client-focused real estate professional.” Thank you so much for understanding :)
