My cooperation with Dorothy from OKAY.com has been exceptionally pleasant and fruitful. In less than a week's time I went from a potential property visit schedule to a signed rental contract. Dorothy helped on everything including all the necessary documentation, communication with landlords and bargaining of the price to a reasonable level. While I was in Europe, she opened accounts at utility companies on my name, and I just had to sign everything at arrival and property handover. Once we settled on an apartment we wanted Frankie was an ace at handling all the back and forth and bits and pieces and made the process as painless as possible. She was also super-responsive even working while on holiday and her and Flo removed some furniture for us, truly above and beyond service, super impressed, recommend them both!
