Ning is excellent in understanding your needs and translating them into the perfect apartment. I conveyed my expectations and desires for an apartment and Ning was able to quickly organize a viewing tour. With her wide contacts I received a shortlist of apartments on a link which I could express my preliminary interest. Post which she quickly secured apartment viewing within a couple of days. During each viewing, she provided her impartial comments about the pros and cons of the apartment. It was evident that her goal was to ensure the apartment was a great fit for me. Once I’d decided on the unit she went an extra mile to achieve a fair price as well as sort out the other details such as water and electricity for me. She was a single point of contact that ensured I was able to move in a week from viewing the apartment. Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback. We will definitely recommend Kim to any of our friends when they are looking to move - and not just for the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung area but for places in general. Honestly can't recommend Jane highly enough. Our house was on the market through a difficult economic time and Jane was incredibly patient in helping us negotiate the uncertainty around how to price in a difficult market.
