I am so thankful for Sonam and how she helped us find the apartment of our dreams. She was very professional and patient, we weren’t easy clients to please and she has been going around with us for almost 3 months. When it came to getting the best deal, she did not disappoint. Even after signing the contract and moved in, she still checked how everything is, if there is anything else she can help with. My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. We found it impossible to find an apartment that 1) ticked most of our boxes and 2) was even remotely within our price range. Fortunately for us Sonam knew exactly what we were looking for and proactively showed us an apartment that we immediately loved. Could not be more grateful for her proactivity and resourcefulness in helping us find our dream apartment.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
