Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback. We will definitely recommend Kim to any of our friends when they are looking to move - and not just for the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung area but for places in general. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
