Chris Chan has been our broker twice now. He really knows the Hong Kong real estate market well. Chris is very patient and showed us great places within our price range. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose.
