I write to thank OKAY.com, but, more specifically, Helena Lau for her hard work in helping me find my first rental property in Hong Kong. Knowing that positive feedback is often forgotten, I would like to recommend Helena for the patience and professionalism that she showed at all times. I would like to add that the positive experience I enjoyed with OKAY.com includes having its staff answer emails and calls promptly, and Helena's 24/7 availability in arranging and solving matters, even after signing the lease contract e.g. setting up utility contracts, arranging handyman service, locksmith etc. Extended service like this makes me want to recommend OKAY.com even more!

Shirley asked us the right questions and anticipated our needs given the size of our family. She showed us properties that were relevant to our needs and was able to hone in on properties that met our needs. Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?
