We have had to move several times due to our jobs, and having lived abroad for many years, we know exactly what we want when it comes to our accommodation. Rosa really took the time to understand our needs and was incredibly attentive to our requirements, making sure we did not have to compromise on anything. Our expectations for the size and location were quite high, but with Rosa's expertise, we were able to find the perfect apartment in Hong Kong. We are now happily settled in a beautiful apartment in Mid-Levels, and we could not be more satisfied. I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.
