Shirley is a very professional person, she understood well our needs, and was always looking for new apartment to show to us. She was very efficient in helping negotiate the purchase agreement, and reach a deal quickly. She is a very nice and open personality, we had great pleasure to have her as our agent.

We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.

Sonam was very helpful and friendly and efficient and with her assistance I was able to find a nice place to live within a week of moving to Hong Kong. So grateful. Highly recommend
