Having just moved to HK from London, my company put me in touch with Flo at OKAY.com which was such a blessing, especially after some of the stories I had heard of agents in HK. From the very start of the process until completion Flo was nothing less than exemplary. She managed very early on to realise exactly what I was after, and filter the viewings appropriately. Anything that needed signing etc she would bring to my office, she just made the process so easy. My wife and I relocated to Hong Kong in 2016 from the Cayman Islands. We spent a few weeks in Hong Kong looking for possible locations in May 2016 and having decided on Discovery Bay asked Nina to help us find a perfect premises for our needs.Nina showed us a selection of properties that all met the specifications, helped us chose one, negotiated an arrangement with the landlord and another agent, organised all the paperwork, sorted the opening of utility accounts, picked up the keys and checked the property, met us when we arrived and welcomed us to DB. She kept in touch during our first month to ensure all was well and was full of useful advice. I can't recommend her highly enough. Outstanding level of service from a thorough professional and charming lady.

Lala was understood our needs and requirements and she shortlisted apartments well accordingly. She is well organised and detailed from beginning to end. What I really like about her is that she followed on things we asked and responded in a timely manner. Her attitude is always professional and very pleasant to deal with. I have already referred my friends to her who are looking for an apartment. In a nutshell, she is great.
