My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point. We would be pleased to work with Louise again, if for some unfortunate reason we ever have to move again...

We were really struggling on looking for ideal home until met Shirley. She’s always very responsive and clearly understood our requirements. Everything went quite smoothly and super efficient with Shirley’s help! We even found multiple places we really like! After signing the contract, she still helped us on detail arrangements with landlord and also utility stuff.
