Kowloon Station is located along the waterfront in western Kowloon and is one of HK’s newest up-market residential districts, matching the convenience, amenities and spectacular harbor views once available only to residents of Hong Kong Island. Surging rents in Hong Kong’s key business districts have encouraged corporations to seek out lower cost locations, and demand for offices in the area is also growing as a result. The International Commerce Centre (ICC), HK’s tallest building, has now been completed and is home to the world’s highest hotel, the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong. Kowloon Station is connected to the Tung Chung Line on the MTR and the Airport Express. It is also positioned next to the Western Harbour Crossing.
