Jayde from OKAY.com was recommended to us and with her help we were able to obtain a suitable apartment to rent within the first few weeks of arriving in Hong Kong. After listening to our requirements, we were provided with a summary of our potential selections based on Jayde's recommendations and were taken to see each apartment at a time that suited us. The apartment we settled on was not even in our selection but Jayde knew its potential and encouraged us to view. As such we are now happily settling into our new home that is more spacious than we were expecting and in a neighbourhood that has all we need close by.

She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.
