My wife and I used Sonam as our real estate agent for a rental apartment in October 2022. She was referred to us by a friend who had previously used Sonam. We were moving after 15 years in Estoril Court and also downsizing. It was something we very much appreciated. Every query we had, from selecting the property, to second viewings, to questions about appliances and so forth, was promptly and professionally dealt with. She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork.
