Colin represented the best of rental agents. From the start, he was careful to discern our requirements and showed us what we wanted. He did not waste our time and responded promptly to our views, picking up quickly what would not suit us. He was patient and not pushy. He sensitively intervened and protected us from aggressive agents and worked collaboratively with others. His empathy, clarity and professionalism meant that we did not want or need any other agent. When the deal was done, his excellent after sale service setting up all utilities and services meant we had no worries about moving in from day 1. It was a great pleasure to lease our apartment with Flo from OKAY. She was extremely well organized and we were amazed by her paperwork and efficiency! We were pleased to see her dedication and commitment- how she meticulously went through all details to make sure that all utilizes are set up and in proper working condition on behalf of the tenant.
