Ms. Shirley Li is my agent who helped me with searching of an new apartment, she is persistent and honest, followed up my request and did her best for both sides. From the beginning Shirley gave a comfortable and honest feeling, the results were good, and she is following up all the necessary details that connected with the deal and more. I thank her and am happy to work with her again, and introduce to my friend.

We relocated our family from Australia to Hong Kong and Nina and the team at OKAY.com were really helpful in this move. Nina gave us options to choose from and really understood our needs, always helping out in extra ways where possible – all so important when making such a move. My family and I highly recommend contacting Nina and OKAY.com for their support.

We reached out to Sonam based on glowing feedback from her clients saying, ‘we must work with her,’ and we’re so glad we did! Sonam took the time to understand our needs and quickly presented several strong options. She patiently listened, toured properties multiple times with us, respected our timeline and was so responsive on all fronts. She skillfully liaised with the landlord to keep everyone aligned. Sonam clearly has a pulse on the Hong Kong market and offers a unique perspective to each home and location you visit. Despite living in HK for over 10 years, I learned a thing or two from Sonam! She effortlessly combines professionalism with a warm, approachable style that puts you at ease. We’ve already recommended her to friends and will keep doing so—truly grateful she helped us find the perfect home for our family!
