We recently moved house within Clearwater Bay and approached Kim to help source an appropriate property for our large family. From the outset Kim was friendly, easy to approach and instantly available when we texted or called with queries. She was prompt in finding suitable properties for us to view and we had the impression she was being very honest with us, an unusual trait with many other real estate agents. It was something we very much appreciated. Every query we had, from selecting the property, to second viewings, to questions about appliances and so forth, was promptly and professionally dealt with. She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork. Anil is very detailed oriented and spent time to understand my specific needs and my background rather than just showing me whatever apartments available. He also provided many his personal experiences in the area we are looking and helped a lot in the final negotiation with landlord.

Nina showed us several potential places upon our first exploratory trip to Discovery Bay, quickly learning what we, as newbies to Hong Kong, found important in a potential apartment. In the 6-month period between our visit and effective move, Nina informed us on all available premises that met our standards - with each proposition being a real potential hit. As we have two young children we were unable to fly back out to HK to sign the rental contract but Nina helped us through all the formalities while we were on the other side of the world - including a real-time video tour for our final selection. When arriving in Discovery Bay, we had more assistance than one could imagine, the water, gas and electricity were arranged, and Nina was awaiting us with her super golf cart to help us get our luggage to the apartment. Even today, 4 months later, Nina is still there for us in case there are any issues. She has been a real force that takes the headache out of moving.
