Sonam was very helpful and patient with our house search. We had a set of criteria which she adhered to while recommending options. We saw her positive and ‘never give up’ attitude as she showed us many apartments and did not stop until we found the right fit for us. She also gave good tips on how to get by in the city. Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me.
