My experience working with Rosa McCann was exceptional. Rosa adhered to my budget. When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. At no point did I feel pressurized, nor did I feel Rosa pushing me into a more expensive category to get the job done. I found Rosa to be professional, warm and caring. I felt supported in more ways than one in her expert care. She did all the necessary paperwork (including setting up the utilities and internet), introduced me to contractors she has used in the past to assist me with hanging art, curtains and so on and even showed up on moving day to walk me through the flat to show me how everything worked. Jayde is a gem. She was extremely knowledgeable, very straightforward and honest and has helped us with advice on much more than the apartment. Any questions that we had were always answered in a very knowledgeable way, but also always with a smile and within a few minutes. Jayde has been recommended to us with the best recommendations, but working with her has far exceeded what we could have expected. Thanks to her we have not only found a really nice apartment, but Jayden has significantly contributed to the fact that HK has become a new home for us in a very short time.
