Helena was extremely helpful and responsive. She worked hard to fully understand our needs and tailor the viewings accordingly, so we didn't waste any time looking at unsuitable properties. Although we eventually decided to renew our current tenancy, Helena's advice was invaluable in helping us better understand the market. We would highly recommend her!

Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.

Jayde Pamuk and OKAY.com were very helpful in my Hong Kong apartment search. Coming from France, Jayde understood quickly the type of flat I was looking for and the difficulty for a foreign person to understand the HK market.
