Would just like to give commendation to her assistance with our house search. Given how challenging it is in looking for a new house, what with our busy schedules and having a very active little girl as well, Ingrid really made it seamless by providing us organized tours of our prospects, accommodating us on our time, and doing the liaising with the landlords on our behalf in terms of negotiations on pricing, as well as providing inputs on what needs fixing and such. We surely wouldn't have been able to do it in such an easy and timely fashion without her help, so we would like to give thanks to her and to OKAY for the OKAY services. And did I say she is great with kids as well? Again, thank you and will not hesitate to recommend her services in the future!

As a single mother moving across continents, finding an apartment in HK worried me the most. However, with the incredible support of Sonam, who worked with us from whilst we were still abroad to the point of moving in, this task resulted in our dream apartment! Sonam worked closely with me first to get a sense of the type of apartment in terms of style, was able to aptly match this with listings that were in our price range. This meant that when I arrived for our initial 3 day visit to find an apartment, everything was set up for viewings. Sonam went even further to help me understand the different areas of the city, both considering my needs as a working mother, but also my daughter's needs. She even went as far as to get the bus schedule of my daughter's school and helped map the different apartments to the routes. Sonam, through her incredible communication helped me navigate all the processes even though I was located On a vastly different time zone!

Maybe it is our fortune to meet LaLa and she helped us a lot to purchase our dream house finally after several difficulties. She is different from the other property agents, she is helpful, friendly, kind and responsive. We appreciate her professional attitude and treat her as our friend. We will find her to help us again in the future with no doubt.
