When I first arrived in Hong Kong, the housing market seemed very daunting. However, a colleague recommended Jayde and the whole process ended up being very painless. The combination of her understanding my needs and the excellent knowledge of the local markets and neighborhoods led to us finding a great place surprisingly quickly, which was a great relief. Shirley was very professional, proactive and patient with me when I was looking for a property to purchase. Still remember she called me up right away after she was assigned to help me. During the phone conversation, she would ask me questions about my criteria, told me what I should be looking for in my case and budget. She then sent me a list of property that we would be viewing within a couple of days. During each viewing, she would tell me what I should be checking, small things that she observed and told me the pros and cons of each property. I’ve learnt a lot of profession tips from Shirley after all the property viewing trips. I really appreciate her sincerity and her help during the entire process.

Stephanie took the time the explain the area in detail and was very knowledgeable when answering any questions I had! She showed us places that would work for our family and took her time when showing us around. It was a pleasure to view places with Stephanie and I would not hesitate to reach out to her again in the future.
