HONG KONG PARKVIEW on Tai Tam Reservoir Road in Hong Kong Island, is adjacent to the scenic green hillsides of the Tai Tam Country Park. Completed in 1988 to 1989 by Chyau Fwu Group in partnership with architecture firm Wong Tung & Partners, the development comprises 18 residential towers encircling a large garden and clubhouse. Residential floors span from 1/F to 23/F and have 2 to 6 units per floor with a saleable area of 887 sq.ft. to 2,308 sq.ft. Some units have a balcony and the top floors have private rooftops. A resort-style clubhouse offers wide variety of facilities, including restaurants, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, gymnasium, squash court, table tennis room, rock climbing room and game zone. A multi-storey car park is located on the lower levels.
