I would like to thank Vincent for helping me find a place in Wan Chai. Vincent works with his client with great patience by listing out everything one needs to know and I really appreciated that he always try to get things done as efficient as possible especially when it comes to the back-and-forth between potential tenant and landlord. Shirley has been very available throughout the procedure; no matter viewing or Whatsapp at any time (day and evening) during several weeks to answer our questions, and get good deal for my home. She fought for us to get the keys earlier than the expected entry date to facilitate our moving out, and she managed to get HKD 2,000 cleaning fees for us from the landlord. She also helped us to handle the utility bills, which significantly saved our time. I thank Shirley for her time, availability and kindness. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a nice person. I am sure will introduce my friend to Shirley:)
