I got Shirley as a referral via a coworker, and she mentioned that Shirley is great and very efficient and she will find the apartment for me. And indeed Shirley was very helpful, she listen to my needs and understands the situation and the apartment search. When we visit the first apartment together, it was directly a match. She totally understands what I am looking for, and it was very helpful she is very informative and most important for me is feeling the trust. I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. Would just like to give commendation to her assistance with our house search. Given how challenging it is in looking for a new house, what with our busy schedules and having a very active little girl as well, Ingrid really made it seamless by providing us organized tours of our prospects, accommodating us on our time, and doing the liaising with the landlords on our behalf in terms of negotiations on pricing, as well as providing inputs on what needs fixing and such.
